An exquisite, dramatic necklace inspired by the painting "Femme aux 3 cheveux encerclés d'oiseaux dans la nuit", by Joan Miró, 1972. Designed to drop gracefully  and sit with presence, it is an intricate piece made of 24K gold-plated matte brass on a long, graceful chain.

The painting from which its shape is taken - Woman with Three Hairs Surrounded by Birds in the Night - was painted in Palma in 1972 and is currently part of MOMA's collection. MOMA however, do not currently have the painting on display - so you can wear Miró, even if the world can't see the real thing.

As with all our Miró pieces, this collection is exclusively licensed by Miró's estate (Successio Miró) + Joidart, and is directly inspired by the artist's exceptional work.
