We want you to love every piece you receive from Atelier Modernista. If something is not right, we are here to help. All returns are free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item

1. Email contact@ateliermodernista.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item or items to us.
3. Once received, the piece will undergo a technical inspection.
4. Following a successful assessment, your refund, gift card, or replacement will be arranged promptly.

Outcomes

• Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full to the original payment method, with a prepaid returns label provided.
• Unwanted items returned within 30 days are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Exceptions apply (see below).
• Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Exceptions

The following items fall outside our standard returns policy:

• Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be in their original product packaging with no visible signs of wear or use.
• All pierced earrings are non-returnable, to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our clients.
• Bespoke and made-to-order items are not eligible for a return unless faulty.
