Shipping & Logistics: 

Every Atelier Modernista order is dispatched with the focus on security, insurance, and the preservation of the work. We work with Royal Mail to maintain a secure end-to-end journey.

1. Domestic Orders (United Kingdom)

• Service: All domestic orders are dispatched and insured via Royal Mail.
  • Free Standard Shipping: We provide complimentary fully-insured shipping on all UK orders as part of our commitment to seamless service
  • Free Express Shipping Over £150: We provide complimentary fully-insured shipping on all UK orders over £150 as part of our commitment to seamless service.
  • Express Shipping can be added for £7.95.
• Timeline: In-stock gallery pieces are typically dispatched within 1-24hours.
• Bespoke Lead Times: For made-to-order commissions requiring specific kiln-firing or hand-finishing, please allow 7–14 business days for dispatch.

2. EU and International Orders

We facilitate worldwide shipping for our EU and International collectors through a global logistics network.

• Duties & Taxes: Please note that for EU and International shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. Please note that your acquisition may be subject to local import duties and value-added taxes (VAT) determined by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the client and are handled by the courier at the time of entry.

3. Security & Delivery Protocols

• To ensure the integrity of the insurance and the security of the piece, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, forwarding addresses, or automated parcel lockers.

• Discreet Transit: While our interior presentation is designed for an elegant unveiling, our exterior shipping cartons are intentionally discreet. There is no branding on the outer packaging that indicates the value of the contents.

4. Environmental Stewardship

In accordance with our Conscious Luxury ethos, all shipping materials are recyclable or reclaimed.

Verification: All items undergo a final technical inspection prior to sealing.
