Atelier Modernista Summer 'Art You Can Wear' Giveaway - Full Terms
ART YOU CAN WEAR GIVEAWAY
Full Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
- Promoter. The promoter is Atelier Modernista Limited, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF (“Atelier Modernista”, “we”, “us”). Questions about the giveaway may be sent to contact@ateliermodernista.com.
- Eligibility. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry, except employees, officers or contractors of Atelier Modernista, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the giveaway. We may require reasonable proof of age, identity and UK residence before awarding the prize.
- Promotional period. The giveaway opens at 12:00 am British Summer Time (“BST”) on 3 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm BST on 23 August 2026 (“Closing Time”). Entries received after the Closing Time will not be accepted.
- How to enter. During the promotional period, visit the giveaway page and submit the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access is required. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple, automated, bulk, incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries, and entries made through agents or third parties, will be disqualified.
- Marketing is optional. Consent to receive Atelier Modernista marketing is not a condition of entry and does not improve an entrant’s chance of winning. Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing, that consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
- The prize. There is one prize: one Atelier Modernista jewellery piece chosen by the winner from pieces that are available on ateliermodernista.com when the winner makes their selection, with a listed retail price of no more than £100. The prize includes standard delivery to one UK address. The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable, is not for resale and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. If a chosen piece becomes unavailable before dispatch, the winner must choose another then-available qualifying piece. Any part of the £100 maximum value that is not used has no cash value and will not be paid or credited. Gift cards, gift wrapping and delivery upgrades are excluded.
- Winner selection. On 24 August 2026, one provisional winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random process. The draw will be conducted or supervised by a person independent of the giveaway’s administration. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
- Winner notification and claim. We will email the provisional winner at the address used to enter by 5:00 pm BST on 24 August 2026. The provisional winner must reply within seven days of the first notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner. If they do not reply in time, are ineligible, cannot provide the required information or decline the prize, they will lose the prize and we may select a replacement winner at random using the same process. An entrant is responsible for checking their inbox and junk or spam folders.
- Prize selection and delivery. After eligibility has been confirmed, we will explain how the winner can select their piece. The prize will normally be dispatched to a valid UK address within 30 days after the winner confirms their selection and delivery details. We are not responsible for delivery delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but will keep the winner informed.
- Winner information. We will make available the winner’s surname and county to anyone who sends a reasonable request to contact@ateliermodernista.com within one month after the Closing Time. An entrant may object to some or all of this information being published or made available by contacting us. We may still provide the information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
- Fair participation. We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify an entrant where we have reasonable grounds to believe that they have breached these terms, supplied false information, tampered with the entry process or acted fraudulently or unfairly. Our decision on eligibility and administration is final, but this does not affect an entrant’s legal rights.
- Changes or cancellation. We will not change the Closing Time or cancel or materially alter the giveaway unless circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unavoidable. If that happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disappointment and to conduct the giveaway as fairly as possible. We will publish any necessary update on the giveaway page.
- Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or an entrant’s statutory rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received because of a technical failure outside our reasonable control, or for an entrant’s inability to access the internet.
- Personal information. We will use entrants’ personal information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, arrange the prize and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Separate marketing consent, where given, will be used for marketing. Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share information with service providers acting on our instructions where necessary to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If an entrant lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, they may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights.
- Acceptance. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
